Cookie Policy

Short version: this site sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not track you. That is why you never see a cookie banner here.

What we store on your device

Nothing. No cookies, no local storage, no session storage, no pixels, no fingerprinting. There is no analytics tool on this site, so there is no consent to ask for under Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

Why there is no cookie banner

A banner is required when a site stores or reads information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page you asked for. This site does neither, so a banner would be theatre rather than consent.

Third party requests the page does make

Storing nothing is not the same as contacting nobody. Loading a page makes these requests:

• Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which means your IP address reaches Google. This sets no cookie, but it is a data transfer. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
• Netlify hosts the site and records standard server logs, including IP address, for delivery and security.
• Google Maps is linked, not embedded. Nothing from Google Maps loads unless you click the link and leave this site.

The enquiry form

The contact form posts to Netlify Forms. It sets no cookie and does no profiling. What happens to the message you send is described in the Privacy Policy.

The 3D phone on this page

The rotating phone runs in your browser using three.js, which is served from this site itself, not from a CDN. It loads a model and an image file, and stores nothing.

Controlling storage anyway

You can block or clear site data in your browser settings at any time. Since this site stores none, blocking it changes nothing about how the site works for you.

Changes

If tracking or an embedded third party service is ever added, this page is updated first and a proper consent mechanism is added before anything starts collecting.
